In the first lesson Sarah establishes:
- your reasons for the lessons
- what you hope to achieve
- the basic principles of the Alexander Technique
The first lesson is 1-hour and subsequent lessons are 45 minutes.
Lesson cost:
- Artist rate $80.
- Professional rate $100.
Sarah is also available to teach group lessons.
For example:
- in the rehearsal room
- with actors wanting to explore moving with more freedom
- with actors wanting to embody character and text
- in the work place looking at working with computers
- in the work place looking at public speaking
- in youth groups
